September is Library Card Sign-Up Month – the perfect time to discover everything your card can provide. Your library card is your passport to adventure, life-long learning, and so much more!
Your card allows you to check out from a wide selection of books, movies, CDs, audiobooks, and magazines. Borrow a Museum Pass for free or discounted admission to local cultural institutions. No Internet at home? Come in and use one of the Library’s public computers, or bring in your own laptop and use our free wi-fi. You can also check out a hot spot to take home.
You can also access many of the The Library’s resources from home. We offer online tools and services for all ages. Discover the our wide range of digital resources — including e-books, e-audiobooks and online magazines. The Library also offers remote database for research and online learning for adults, teens and children. Whether you’re at the Library, at school, or at home, you can access a wide range of resources with your library card.
Stop by any of our locations to sign up in person for a library card, or apply for a temporary card online.
In celebration of Library Card Sign-up Month, we will be holding raffles at all of our locations. If you sign up or renew a card in person, you will be eligible to enter a drawing for one of our gift baskets!
