MonitorMyHealth Mobile Clinic

The MonitorMyHealth Mobile Clinic will be FREE on-site health screenings at Miller Memorial Library and the Keefe Center.

Screenings include diabetes risk assessments, blood pressure screenings, fall risk assessments for older adults, and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH) screenings with referrals to appropriate services.
