The CT Paid Leave program applies to most businesses in Connecticut with one or more employees and, starting in January 2022, it will provide a source of income replacement benefits for workers who need to take time away from their job to address certain family or health concerns.
There are six opportunities for EMPLOYERS to learn about CT Paid Leave and CT FMLA laws beginning January 1, 2022. In addition, there are eight webinars for EMPLOYEES in the State of CT to learn about how the CT Paid Leave program can provide them with an opportunity to take time off from work to take care of themselves or loved ones without worrying about lost income.
Applications for paid leave benefits will be accepted starting December 1, 2021.
